Account Deletion

You can delete your QuiddityML account from inside the app.

Delete In The App

1. Open QuiddityML.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Type DELETE to confirm.
6. Confirm deletion.

This permanently deletes your QuiddityML account and app data, including profile data, learning progress, exercise attempts, hearts, streaks, claimed tracks, continue positions, and spaced-repetition settings.

Subscriptions

If you have an active App Store or Google Play subscription, deleting your QuiddityML account may not automatically cancel the store subscription. You may need to manage or cancel the subscription through Apple or Google.

If You Cannot Access The App

Contact us at hello@quiddityml.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before deleting the account.

Data That May Remain

Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or payment-dispute reasons.
